[New York, NY]— Advanced Electronic Solutions, Inc. (AES) a leading provider of security systems, Datacom, ARC and DAS systems, has been awarded the highly competitive contract for the tallest residential building in the United States, 432 Park Ave. This massive 96 story, New York City skyscraper will be one of the most prestigious projects in the company’s 20 year history and will also set the bar for all future luxury projects throughout the country.

Topping out at 425 meters, 432 Park Ave. is reshaping the world famous NYC skyline with its incredible height. The tower has a footprint of approximately 33,000 square feet compromised of 104 condominium units that will range from a 351-square-foot studio to a six-bedroom, seven-bath penthouse with a library, already under agreement for $95 million. This residential skyscraper developed by the Los Angeles-based real-estate investor, CIM Group, in partnership with the New York-based developer, Macklowe Properties, is paving the way for large-scale residential towers that will continue to push height boundaries throughout the city.

Working for Lend Lease, one of the Nation’s premier general contractors, AES has been contracted to provide the Security Systems, Distributed Antenna System, ARC system and the Data communications for this high profile building. This is a multi-phase project for AES, who is managing three electrical contractors under the direction of Lend-Lease that began in September 2011 and is scheduled to be completed in 2016.

AES is responsible for successful engineering, installation and integration of the systems involved at the location. Below are some metrics that provide a sense of the expanse of this project:

  • 380 cellular DAS Antennas
  • 25,000 feet of coax for the antennas
  • Cellular head end for Verizon, T-Mobile by SOLiD; 3,800 of radiating coax for first responders FDNY system.
